| | after featuring jam & spoon in my last programme, this week we | |
| | turned to their contemporary, cosmic baby, who offered a range | |
| | of pretty trance and gorgeous chill-out - both often featuring | |
| | his trademark piano-lines (he received an education in classic | |
| | piano in nuremburg in his pre-teen years). the show featured a | |
| | few tunes from his early nineties albums 'stellar supreme' and | |
| | the divine 'thinking about myself' followed by a mix of one of | |
| | cosmic's bigger tunes ('loops of infinity'), his re-working of | |
| | vangelis' main theme from the movie blade runner and his track | |
| | taken from the 'hands on yello' remix project. cosmic baby has | |
| | also written music with paul van dyk (more from him next week) | |
| | under the name of visions of shiva but his most famous release | |
| | came from one of his collaborations with kid paul for which he | |
| | rarely receives any credit! i finished the programme with this | |
| | track: the massive trance classic 'cafe del mar' by energy 52. | |
