| | i started off the new academic year at college on the same tip | |
| | as my last show in june - with a fine selection of tracks from | |
| | legendary german dance act jam & spoon. the programme featured | |
| | more dancey tracks this time, starting with their remixes of a | |
| | coupla all-time classics: 'age of love' and moby's 'go'. after | |
| | that we had three songs from dance 2 trance (jam collaborating | |
| | with dj dag) including their biggest single 'power of american | |
| | natives'. then two very different remixes from jam: his mix of | |
| | rainforest-chant chill-out tune 'sweet lullaby' and his rather | |
| | more lively version of 'sun' by virus a.k.a. steve osborne and | |
| | paul oakenfold. i closed the show on a harder edge with a tune | |
| | written under their storm pseudonym; as i previously mentioned | |
| | in the programme notes for accelerator 067, storm hit the u.k. | |
| | dance scene in '98 (with a self-titled licence to the positiva | |
| | label) but i played the kickin' catchy 'time to burn' instead. | |
