| | this year i'm taking an alphabetical look at early 1990's rave | |
| | music: old skool hardcore and jungle plus cheesy top-40 dance! | |
| | given our general audience here at college i'll have to try to | |
| | avoid playing too hard, fast or ruff but i'll see how it goes! | |

| | what better place to start than with acen and two mixes of his | |
| | awesome 'trip ii the moon', frequently voted as the best-loved | |
| | old skool track of all time! i also played another tune by him | |
| | plus a coupla collaborations with other artists from the great | |
| | production house label - dice and baby d. the rest of the show | |
| | was devoted to stafford rave pranksters, altern 8, with a wide | |
| | variety of styles on display - from their typical ravey bleeps | |
| | and breakbeats to a mellow piano line on 'first of may'. their | |
| | 'everybody' track marked the end of their production career in | |
| | 1993 but i'm happy to say that, after all these years, they've | |
