| | this year i'm taking an alphabetical look at early 1990's rave | |
| | music: old skool hardcore and jungle plus cheesy top-40 dance! | |

| | this show featured some huge classics from one of my favourite | |
| | old skool labels - xl recordings - beginning with cubic 22 and | |
| | then moving onto the awesome 'dub war'. 'dj's unite', a collab | |
| | between deejays seduction and phantasy, also featured later in | |
| | in the hour. classic jungle was represented by deep blue, from | |
| | moving shadow, as was early techno/trance with three tracks by | |
| | frank de wulf (who produced 'pure pleasure') and a rather app- | |
| | ropriately titled tune from d-shake! dna gave us a more charty | |
| | and classically-inspired song while djpc offered a quite ravey | |
| | tune, as did digital orgasm with an old favourite of mine. the | |
| | show finished in style with another big anthem, edge number 1. | |
